Reservations, cancellations & refunds
– Cancellations or changes free of charge up to 48 hours before the session.
– Cancellation less than 48 hours before: €50 retained for booking and preparation fees.
– Cancellation on the same day or no-show: full charges may apply.
Delays
– Arrive 20 minutes before the session to prepare the setup.
– Delay >15 minutes: billing possible according to hourly rate.
– Significant delay impacting the session: Studionextdoor does not guarantee an extension.
Use of venues & equipment
– Respect for the premises, the equipment, and the team.
– No eating or drinking in the check-in areas.
– Damage or breakage: billing according to the cost of repair or replacement.
– Studionextdoor may interrupt a session if the equipment or staff is in danger.
Use of content
– Studionextdoor can use excerpts for:
• website (portfolio)
• social media
• marketing materials
- The client remains the owner of their content.
– The client can request that their excerpts are not used publicly.
– No excerpt will be used for sensitive or distorted subjects.
Payment
– Payment due at the time of booking or on the same day according to the chosen method.
– Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
– No content delivered before full payment.
Delivery of the files
– Delivery according to the chosen plan (Essential, Advanced, Premium+).
– Deadlines are counted in business days according to the service.
– Technical delays independent of Studionextdoor: the studio commits to informing and resolving quickly.
Privacy & data
– Respect for customer data privacy.
– No personal information sold or shared with third parties.
– Files stored temporarily on internal servers for a maximum of 30 days unless a specific agreement is in place.
Acceptance of the terms and conditions
– Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
– Studionextdoor may update these terms at any time.
